Is there a free plan?

You can use Harbor free — create an account and start without paying anything. Free accounts include a usage allowance, and within it, Harbor simply works.

If you outgrow the allowance, your account becomes read-only until you upgrade. Nothing is deleted, and nothing is held over you: a read-only account can still read every note, export everything, and delete anything. That’s the same never-hostage rule that applies if a paid subscription lapses.

One housekeeping note while you’re on the free plan: an account does need a little activity now and then to stay open.
