Will you raise the price?

Here’s our promise, plainly: the price you sign up at is locked for three years. After that, any increase is capped at 10% per year. That’s a commitment we’re making to you — we publish it on the pricing page because we want to be held to it.

Today, Harbor Unlimited is $9.99 a month or $99 a year. One plan, everything included — there’s no premium tier waiting upstream to upsell you into.

Why make a promise like this at all? Because the people Harbor is built for have been burned. Evernote’s prices roughly doubled while its free tier was cut to almost nothing — after years of people trusting it with their lives’ notes. Once your second brain lives somewhere, “pay more or lose your workflow” is real leverage over you. We know we’ll hold that same position someday, and we’re choosing, out loud and in advance, not to use it.

The promise also has teeth because leaving Harbor is always easy. You can export everything, any time, in open formats — and even a lapsed account keeps export working. A price cap means more from a company whose door is never locked: if we ever disappoint you, you can walk out with everything, and we know it.
