30-day money-back guarantee
Try Harbor. If it’s not for you, we’ll give your money back.
If Harbor isn’t right for you, email help@harbor.my within 30 days of your first purchase — monthly or annual, doesn’t matter — and we’ll refund it in full. No questions asked, no forms, no “retention specialist.” One email does it.
Accidental renewals
Forgot to cancel? We’re not going to keep your money.
If your subscription renewed and you didn’t mean it to, contact us within 14 days of the renewal charge and we’ll refund it. It happens; it shouldn’t cost you a year of a service you weren’t using.
How refunds work
Back to your original payment method, usually within 5–10 business days.
- Refunds go to the original payment method.
- They typically arrive within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.
- If you subscribed through the Apple App Store or Google Play, the refund itself is processed by Apple or Google under their policies — but email us anyway and we’ll help you get it sorted.
Canceling vs. refunding
Canceling stops future charges. Your data is never held hostage either way.
Canceling your subscription stops all future billing. Your paid features keep working until the end of the period you’ve already paid for; after that, your account becomes read-only — you can still read everything, export everything (ENEX, HTML, or ZIP), and delete your account whenever you want. Your data is always yours to take.
