Can I annotate and redact web clips?

Yes. When you take a screenshot clip, it opens in a full annotation editor before it’s saved.

The toolkit covers the marks people actually make:

• Arrow — point at the thing that matters.
• Box — frame a region.
• Text — label it in words.
• Highlight — draw attention without covering anything.
• Pen — freehand, for everything else.
• Crop — keep only the part you care about.
• Undo/redo — while you’re editing, every move is reversible.

And then there’s redaction, which deserves its own paragraph. The pixelate tool is genuinely irreversible: it destroys the pixels underneath before the image is saved. It is not a black box layered on top that someone could peel off later, and not a blur that clever software might undo. Once you pixelate an account number and save, that information is gone from the image — which is exactly what a redaction tool should do, and surprisingly often isn’t.

That makes the flow for sensitive captures simple: screenshot the banking page or the medical portal, pixelate the numbers that shouldn’t live anywhere, annotate what you need to remember, save. The result is an ordinary Harbor note — synced, filed, and searchable via OCR for the text you left visible.
