Harbor Support
Harbor is made by Cloudmanic Labs, LLC, a small software company in Oregon, USA. There is no ticket robot and no outsourced call center — support email goes to the people who build Harbor.

For anything at all — questions, bug reports, billing, feedback, or just to say hello — email help@harbor.my.
We answer every message, usually within one business day (Pacific Time).
Reporting a bug
The fastest way to get a bug fixed is to include:
- What you did, what you expected, and what happened instead.
- Where it happened — the Mac app, iPhone or iPad app, or the web app at app.harbor.my.
- The app version — in the Mac app choose Harbor → About Harbor; on iPhone and iPad it’s shown at the bottom of Settings inside the app.
- A screenshot or screen recording, if the problem is visible.
Never include your password in an email. We will never ask for it.
Billing questions
Subscriptions purchased through the App Store are billed and refunded by Apple — you can manage them in your device’s Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions. Subscriptions purchased on the web are handled by us; see our refund policy or email help@harbor.my and we’ll sort it out.
Your account and your data
You can export your notes at any time from the app, and you can delete your account — along with everything in it — from your account settings. Details on what we store and why are in our privacy policy, and the rules of the road are in our terms of service.
