Harbor for Windows 0.2.28

“How did you hear about us?” When you create an account, Harbor now asks how you heard about it. The question comes after the password, and you can skip it.

Fixes: the grey hint text in the sign-in and sign-up boxes now uses Harbor’s own grey, and is easier to read in dark mode. The create-account screen no longer shows “Sign in with a passkey”, because passkeys are for sign-in only. Pressing Tab on the create-account screen now moves through the boxes from top to bottom.
